OUR SET FEE IS FIXED AT £55.00 PER EPC. NO HIDDEN EXTRAS

You will be required to produce an EPC for every individual property that is let from 1/10/08. A certificate is required to be available for prospective tenants to view before entering into a tenancy agreement.
