•  If a customer purchases an EPC request and pays in full, the customer will be given an appointment to allow the Assessor to undertake the survey, at the customers requested time and date. If this date becomes inconvenient to the customer then one change of date and time will be allowed at no extra cost, on the understanding that 24 hours notice is given to the company. If the customer wishes to cancel the appointment and not re-schedule, they will be refunded the cost of the EPC paid, as long as 24 hours notice of cancellation is given to the company.

•  If a customer purchases a Home Information Pack, the searches will be instructed as soon as the customer has been contacted by the company for an appointment to carry out the EPC. Once confirmed as an order the searches are undertaken no refund will be made.
